Update:  We have found a partner to work with.  Thank you for your replies.

We are looking for a ServiceNow partner in the Chicago area.  We have already implemented and would like more of a "phone a friend" setup with hours as well as contract renewal.

The partner search does not filter by location, so posting here.  🙂

We use CDW as our ServiceNow partner and are very happy with them. Although their office is in Chicago, the resources we use are not necessarily in Chicago. But wondering why location matters in this new world of remote work?
