CMDB Health Dashboard - Report Flavor for Executive Leadership Team Consumption

Hello All, Looking for expertise about list of key "Report Flavors" (Eg: % of successful changes for a business critical application) #in a CMDB Health Dashboard (Not based of the CI Class manager that provides completeness etc) that would be of interest to the executive leadership team. We are focused more on Business Applications and its related Infrastructure. We have  draft list of flavors including 1) Inactive System Owner in a  business application, 2) Inactive BTO Domain owner, 3) Applications that do not have a Service Offering (We use a CSDM), etc. We are looking for the dashboard to bring visibility to senior management to improve the data quality, ensure data accuracy and look at the CMDB health

Looking for recommendations on the key flavor of report that would be of interest to an executive leadership team (Someone like a Director, Vice President or Above)

Agreed! We are using that already. For us to visualize them in Performance Analytics, We need the list of reporting flavors that will be of interest to the executive leadership team.

The CMDB "Completeness", "Correctness" and "Compliance" Dashboards offer a number of reports already.  Perfection is unachievable here, goals will change and understanding will evolve.  Start with what they NEED to know, which may align with their goals for the success of the project.  In other words, ask what metrics they need to provide to the organization.  Just ask them.

Thank you! We do have a CI class manager established already. The leadership team wants the Top 10 from a CMDB perspective.
