Presenters – Share your best practice or journey with ServiceNow (20-30 minutes).
Host an event at your company – Spread the word internally about ServiceNow and get participation from all parts of your company
SNUG Leaders – We are always looking for customers who are willing to help us connect to the community members! SNUGs can have more than one Leader. Here is a snapshot of the role:
• Participate in planning calls to ensure events are aligned to the needs of the member community including dates, venues (for in-person events), and topics
• Help identify customer speakers
• For in-person events, assist in getting hosts, or make venue location suggestions
