SMS to T-mobile

We are having issues with our MI SMS messages not being delivered to T-mobile users.  We are in central Illinois. Is anyone else having a similar issue?  Seeking solution or workaround. I found reference to KB0759111, but the site says I don't have access.  Thanks in advance for any assistance.

The only workaround is to leverage Twillio connector or some other 3rd party communications platform.  Base platform SMS uses free email to SMS gateways provided by the carriers, these services have no guarantee of service or SLA.  T-Mobile tends to be the most inconsistent but all carriers are inconsistent.  Using a paid transport layer allows for a guarantee of delivery for these critical communications.
