Create custom KPI's in Cloud Cost Management Application.

In the Cloud Cost Management application, there are several KPI's like Total Spend this month, total spend this month compared to last month, Total Budget, Forecasted Budget, Total Potential Savings, etc. There are also various pre defined charts like Monthly spend breakdown, Actual Vs Potential Savings based on provider and service category, etc. Apart from these predefined KPI's and charts, does ServiceNow provide us the ability to create custom KPI's and custom charts, which might be requested by client ? For example, like Total Spend card, can we create a custom card for Last Three Month's Average Spend ? Or a custom chart for average spend for each provider based on service ?

 

Also, I would like to know the exact steps on how the data is ingested in ServiceNow from client's cloud platform. What are the cloud cost management tables in ServiceNow which the discovery populates after running ? What are the core tables to look for in Cloud Cost Management ?
