Guide me how to send email and create a case.

We’re transitioning to ServiceNow, and I’m still getting familiar with it. Is there someone who could walk me through how to use it, including how to send emails and create a case

Hi @VilaywanC,

 

there is something called Inbound emails, search for it in ServiceNow and set it accordingly. You have many options how to configure it.

 

When you start with it, let me know how it goes
