I am looking for official documentation or confirmation that ServiceNow supports the feature to generate an incident report showing the resolution time for each handling group involved in processing an incident. Could you please provide the relevant documentation or guidance

Hey @rali,
It sounds like you are looking to setup SLA break-downs. You can setup SLA to track the incident resolution and then setup a break-down to track how long each assignment was assigned that incident or each user.
