I've been working on an AI assistant called Rosely AI and recently started testing it with users. Everything seems to be functioning properly except for one major issue: message delivery delays.
Sometimes messages take several seconds to arrive, and in some cases they don't appear until the user refreshes or sends another message. This is making conversations feel less natural and responsive.
I'm trying to figure out whether the issue is related to the backend, APIs, database, WebSockets, or something else.
Has anyone experienced similar problems while building a chatbot or AI platform? I'd appreciate any suggestions, debugging tips, or ideas on where to look first.
