Regarding client scripts

If user enters other than numeric values and less than or more 10 digits stop form submitting and need to get pop up message. please provide code.

Resolved! Regarding date field validation

Client Script : onChangeCreate a new date field 'NEXT REVIEW DATE' and write code. Condition is : restrict the date field as it may allow only next 10 days from today
