After upgrading CMDB Workspace store app version, if you notice that the CMDB Workspace is missing its menu bar or icons are missing in some of the pages, these issues are commonly caused by missing required UX Page properties or by customizations that were not merged during the upgrade process.

If the issue persists, please follow the below steps: 

 

  • Re-install Workspace App shell store application (App id: sn_app_shell_aw) to restore the necessary files.
