Do you have any documentation for how to get this setup for existing Service Graph Connectors? We're using multiple, such as JAMF, which are already listed but when you try to actually use them the errors start.
With JAMF it was first:
There is no import set associated with this integration so it is currently in read-only mode. Select a Sample Import Set option in the 'Specify Basic Details' step to enable editing.
So I verified the one being used was correct, saved it and marked it as complete - only to get another error (which now won't come back up).
I also can't deactivate the Mapping for anything. I'm in the correct scope.

I am working on Integrationhub ETL. Under the CMDB Application: Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Intune (3), When I click one of the items(either SG-Intune Computers, or SG-Intune Devices, SG-Intune Software) but I keep getting the message "There is no import set associated with this integration so it is currently in read-only mode. Select a Sample Import Set option in the 'Specify Basic Details' step to enable editing." Can you help on how I can make this work?

IH-ETL requires a working import set to enable edit mode. As the message suggested, have you selected/pulled any working import set in "Specify Basic Detail" step? I would also recommend you to read the "IH-ETL Guided Setup Step 1 - Basic Detail" section of IH-ETL How-tos article.
Thanks,
Siyou

Hi Siyou,
I tried going through that but it seems to give a different error this time. I tried using Integration Hub Import instead of Integration Hub ETL. Is there a difference between that?
Also is there an online chat or call support I can reach out to to try and progress faster on a project I am working with?
Thank you
Jose

Hi @ozi ,
No I have not heard about Integration Hub Import app before. I would recommend you to read through the How-to tutorial before starting your IH-ETL projects.

If this does not help, please reach out to ServiceNow support team and they can assign task to our team for further assistance.
Thanks,
Siyou

Thanks Siyou.
I guess to give more insight on what I am trying to achieve is that I am trying to see if we can pull basic data from intune like machine name, serial, user, etc as we want them visible on service now. And want to map them and make sure we know which
How we have done/doing this is we started with:
1. doing almost the same steps here Intune Integration with Servicenow - ServiceNow Community
2. then went to service now and installed service graph connector for microsoft intune
3. follow steps on guided setup(had to switch to application from global) Configure Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Intune (servicenow.com)
4. Installed Integrationhub ETL and is where we cant seem to figure what's next for us to figure out the mapping and other things.
So for the last step we just used integrationhub(not ETL) and imported the data and used it to map the data. To confirm we can either user integration hub or integrationhub etl right?
Is there any best way to reach out to ServiceNow support team?
Thanks
