3C's are not working in CMDB

Even after configuring the health inclusion rules, completeness, compaliance & CORRECTNESS also 3c's dashboard is not populating the score. Please find the screenshot below for the error I'm facing. thanks!

Please check the job logs. The issue seems to be with a job that isn’t running properly, which is likely causing the problem.

I Executed the OOB CMDB schedule jobs. I'm not able to see the logs for the particular job.

Is this a PDI or a client instance? I’ve run all the jobs, and now the data is coming through. Please make sure the jobs are active and have been executed as well.

I'm facing the issue in the client instance. After activated all the jobs & executed also I'm facing the mention issue at the top
