ACC on RHEL 10

Has anyone tried to run the Agent Client Collector on RHEL 10?

RHEL 10 has been out for about a year now.  My company's Linux support team likes to stay relatively current on OS versions.  They have been asking about ACC's support for it since the beginning of the year.  We utilize ACC for discovery of our on-prem Linux servers.

It seems silly to think that they haven't tested it out and certified it to run on RHEL 10 this long after it was released.  Just curious if anyone else has tried it themselves, and if so, what were the results?

Thanks,

Steve

Hi @Steve Gyure,

For an official response, you should submit a support case with ServiceNow in the support portal and request a statement if you haven’t already. You can expect an answer by when RHEL 10 is officially supported. All available documentation is up to RHEL 9.

Hope this helps!

I did open a support case to ask about timing of support for RHEL 10.  The answer I received was essentially that we should continue to use RHEL 9 or lower until the doc says RHEL 10 is supported.

Not exactly what I expected to hear.  So, thought I would ask out here if anyone had decided to try it on their own even though ServiceNow has not yet certified it.
