When working with "Application Services", why would I see the the "Related Items" (Task Relations) section when viewing an Application Service of class="Application Service", but not with an Application Service of class="Mapped Application Service"? Both are using the default form.
Both Application Services and Mapped Application Services have related items assigned... not understanding why I don't see the "Related Items" section with both types since it seems to be the same form.
Any help would be appreciated.

If you're able to configure the form, you can add the CI Relations formatter that will then display the relationships to other CIs. Click on the "hamburger" button, select Configure > Form Layout and on the next screen search for "CI Relations" and add it to the "Selected" slush bucket:

Tony,
I've added the ci relations formatter to the "Application Services" and "Mapped Application Services" forms on my SN Developers Instance and they work great. I have also added it to the "Incident" and "Change" forms after setting the ci relations formatter table to "global" (ci relations didn't show as a formatter options on these 2 forms until I changed the formatter table to "global")... they add fine using the form editor.
The issue isn't adding the ci relations formatter to the form, it's that the formatter doesn't populate correctly in the "Incident" and "Change" forms. My question is... am I trying to do something that the "Incident" and "Change" forms weren't designed for? When I run an "inspect" on the browser page, it looks like the "ci relations" formatter is trying to use the Incident/Change numbers as it's input, as opposed to an actual CI that's available on the form.

Tony,
I responded to your prior message on 4/3/24... please ignore, I accidentally responded based on a different message.
Thanks
