Asset scanner on the mobile app not working - not getting the option to lookup or scan.

Any ideas on how to correct/troubleshoot the cause?

Hi @Joshua Comeau ,
You need to enable mobile for your asset module to get the barcode scanning to work for the filed you enabled it on.
Refer the below.
