By default updated the State and Substate in alm_hardware table with the old value

Hi,

In alm_hardware table by default the Sate and Substate getting updated with the previous value and updated by showing with different user and not at all related to any previous value.

how can we fix this issue in the system?

Hi,

If I interpret your issue correctly your Assets are being updated by something other than a direct update of the record. Could it be the Asset - CI synchronization?

Please check the default value for the State and Substate, it is happening because of default values I think.
