Hi, team.
I would like to know how to change the layout to which the reference item refers in the application scope.
I was able to make changes in the global scope, but I'm not sure if it's the application scope.

you can directly right click on that list once you open the table using that icon.
then use List Control -> Configure list
Add the required columns and save it.
Note: This will be applicable for that table throughout the instance where this table is being referred
The same steps will work for table in app scope.
