Hello,
Should the "ci relations" formatter work on the Incident and change forms? I have recently added the formatter to those forms, but it looks like the formatter is picking up the "Incident Number" and the "Change Number" when looking up the relationships... so it's not populating. There is a "Configuration Item" field on both forms, but I don't believe the formatter is using that field (CI) as it's input.
I'm trying to use the ci relations formatter so that our users can see the upstream and downstream relations for a specified CI... but not having any luck getting the results I'm looking for.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Atul, but I'm looking at using the ci relations formatter because it gives a clear view of the up and down stream relationships without the need for clicks. And to be honest, I'm not a fan of the visual representation that the dependency view provides.

Hi @mam7903
I can understand the pain but there is no way as per my knowledge to show CI relationship formatter here. Log a now support case, if team can help.
