Hi all,
CMDB Dashboard - CMDB View was not displaying the data in widgets. Please help me in finding this issue. Below is the screenshot attached.

Are you checking this on PDI? Bcz PDI did not load data fully in some cases.  or try to rerun the jobs 1 by 1 with 2-3 mins interval.

Hi Atul,

No, i'm not checking this on PDI.I had tried to rerun the jobs 1 by 1 with 2-3 mins interval still dashboard was not working.

Hi @SRIVARSHA VYTLA 

 

I guess you can raise HI ticket or check is any associate plugin is missing? Just reverify all jobs are Active True.

Ohh i see u using PDI for this.

Reason for data not being visible in PDI is because in PDI it will contain very less data. U can check the current configuration for Completeness, Correctness & Compliance in "CI Class Manager" type this in Filter navigator. u will get something like below where it will ask u to open Hierarchy.

Select Configuration item over der n then navigate to health where u should find few options

Completeness , Correctness & Compliance along with others. Go to each of them u will see the current configuration what has been kept OOTB. PDI will contain very old data due to which on dashboards it does not appear as in dashboards.

 

For example in completeness the dashboard calculate data using the required n recommended field. But OOTB servicenow keeps those as empty. Hence for completeness the data is not showing. Refer below snip

U can add few fields to it & then re run the jobs n check, if the selected fields are empty then those CI will appear on the dashboard. this way u need to check for all 3 parameters.
