CMDB Data Manager -Certification Group not visible

Hello Experts,

 

I am trying to select a GROUP from sys_user_group in Policy Creation for Certification.

But that Group name is not populating in below.

Could you please confirm which groups you are able to see as of now?Please check is these group has some group type linked.

 

Also, please check whether these groups are assigned to any CI or service. If they are, then I believe the new group should also be assigned in the same manner.

Actually i checked that initially no difference, they all just have a Manager assigned , Type is EMPTY , also i think is it due to any version problem not sure. we are in Yokohama now patch 12

Could you please try torepair the CMDB WS plugin once? It was used earlier and worked fine for me unless there is any other configuration issue. Also, did you check whether these groups are assigned to any CI in ServiceNow?
