I have been unable to create a CMDB Health Compliance audit rule to verify if laptops have SentinelOne anti-virus installed. Our CMDB does show we have laptops running the Sentinel Agent.
Under CI Class Manager
Under Certification Template
Under Certification Related List Conditions
Software Installed: "Name" contains "Sentinel"
I am using he same format from e-learning modules have shown when checking for "McAfee" but my audit shows all failures even though our CMDB shows we have laptops running the Sentinel Agent.
Appreciate if anyone has any ideas. Thanks!

can you verify that the Software Installed relationship between the Laptop CI and SentinelOne software CI is correctly established. If there is no relationship, the audit rule won't find the software on the laptop.

As you can see from the attached screenshot, the sentinel agent does indeed appear in the software installations tab along with many other types of software. appreciate your help!
