I understand that you cannot show the column lables for CMDB Health errors (see CMDB Health Result - Recommended Field - ServiceNow Community) as it is configured to only show the field values. However, is there anway of building a report that will show the errors per Configuration Item and value. I.e. given the following, I have one CI with three errors - I wan't to be able to share this level of detail with our support teams in a more meaningful way so they can feedback on the individual attributes
I can only seem to build a report that shows the summarise information which is of no use.
Any advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
