CMDB migration : HCL GBP Instance to OOB instance.

I am looking for a migration document or any reference documents which will help to migrate CMDB from existing HCL GBP servicenow instance to OOB servicenow instance currently Xanadu. 
Any inputs or help regarding this will be highly appreciable.
