CMDB query builder report

Hi,

I have created the cmdb query builder report to know the servers doesn't have the business application mapped to it.

And the report type used as Single score and added to the dashboard. I have updated the ACL to have the report as read only for the ITIL users. If ITIL user click on the single score number, the report is not populating the columns what i have configured to it

Any suggestion will be great help

Try adding the cmdb_query_builder_read role - this role provides access to the CMDB Query Builder application to run saved queries on the CMDB.

Hi,

The ITIL users have the roles already, they can access the report type list build in query builder. but if i change the report type to single score they still can see the number but when they click on the number the report is incomplete for them. its not showing the columns what i have added for the report

I have Same issue - Did you ever find the solution?

If you are trying to view this data on dashboards, you may need to check if you have appropriate report_view ACLs setup on the underlying table(s).
