Configuration > IntegrationHub ETL is not found to complete my learning course in my INSTANCE

I am not able to get the Integrationhub ETL under the 

 

Navigate to Configuration > IntegrationHub ETL

 

i am using  ServiceNow Platform Implementation (Zurich) (Course) /  SNPI - Import CMDB Data (Content) .

i completed course 95% but due to this Integrationhub ETL not found not able to complete it. I tried to install plugin as well but failed due to this course instance. Can you please help how to proceed.
