Configuration of Tabbed Record Navigation in Compliance Workspace

Hi Everyone,

 

I have a requirement to configure the Compliance Workspace similar to the Service Operations Workspace behavior.

Specifically, when a record is clicked, it should open in a new tab within the workspace instead of replacing the current view. Additionally, if multiple records are opened, I should be able to navigate between them, and all previously opened records should remain available as tabs.

Could you please guide me on how to achieve this configuration in the Compliance Workspace?

@Apoorva A H  It's not easy to do this. As the SOW is built by Servicenow, they had done a lot of UI development. If the same has to be done on CMDB Workspace, then a lot needs to be modified. 

Is the worth changing the whole workspace and take care of this in every release? Try to stay OOB as much as possible.
