@ayush_g Tag policies are 3 types:
1. Tag Count Policy - You need how many tags are required. Example: for each server /DB, how many tags need to be there.
2. Tag Key Policy - You need what key should be there for each CI. Example: for each server/DB, what key is mandatory like Environment, Cost Center
3. Tag Key &Value Policy - You need what key-value pairs should be there for each CI. Example: for each server/DB, what key -value is mandatory, like Environment - PROD, Environment-TEST
To configure any type, you need to go to 'Tag Governance' -> Policies -> New
There is a beginner's course in ServiceNow University for this and there are live demos of creating Policies. Go through them and configure.
