Hello,
Has anyone set up and regularly managed their Data Centre(s), Rooms, and Racks, along with the content of the racks via ServiceNow? Can you share your experience and how it looks? How much manual effort is required to maintain the data?
I'm keen to understand what's capable in ServiceNow instead of using a DCIM tool such as Sunbird and implementing integration between the two systems.

Hi Nick,
I know this is an old post but to be honest ServiceNow doesn't have the full functionality of a DCIM, like floor planning, 3d modeling, metric mapping, etc.
I am biased because I work at Aravolta but we have a great integration with ServiceNow which pushes all tickets and tasks to customer's ServiceNow's systems but still has the DCIM requirements.
