Hi Snow Team,
I would like to know if theres a possible way upon running the CMDB Data Manager in which i make the CIs from Operational to Retired then those CIs that has been set to Retired Operational Status if its possible to make the software installations and software installed into that CIs to be removed or to be uninstalled after setting it to Retired?
Since i only notice that the install_status field are only switching to retired but both software installations and software installed are still there
