Data Manager Policies - Certification Review - Change View on Record

Hello,

Wondering if someone can help me with defaulting a view in the certification review i.e. changing from default to Business Applications when clicking into the record to edit fields before certifying as shown in the attached screen shot.

I haven't been able to find where you can change the default view. We want to send this to assigned owners to certify records but need to change the view so that all fields are shown if data needs to be updated.
