Database Ci install status keep changing in a loop from intsalled to retired

There are lots of issues occurring related to manually change install status of database records CI while checking audit history it shows Discovery (Discovery mid server user) is updating install status as Installed while User name with system marking it as retired and the same process keep changing install status in a loop
How to fix it.

@ayush_g I guess, you have a retirement data policy in the table 'cmdb_retirement_custom_definitions', setting the Database records to 'retired'. However, they are still discoverable, thus, Discovery is setting them back to 'installed'.
What is expected from these CI records?
They should be retired? - If yes, make sure they are not discoverable
They should be installed? - If yes, check the retirement policy on 'Linux Server' and correct.

@Mannapuram , I can see there is no active records found in "cmdb_retirement_custom_definitions_list".

@ayush_g You can check in the 'CMDB Workspace' -> 'Management' tab -> 'Data Manager' -> Manage retirement Definitions -> check for Linux Server and other details.
