I am having an issue and am in need of a little assistance. I am having an issue where Vulnerability Response is creating 30k + de-duplication tasks. We are leveraging Qualys as our scanner, Vulnerability Response is creating CIs when it is unable to find a match in the current CMDB. It appears that VR is creating duplicates, not of existing CMDB entries, but of unmatched CIs created by VR.
All 18 of these CIs were created by the VR user and are in VR classes. One entry in the Incomplete IP Identified Device class and 17 others in the Unmatched CI class.
If anyone has any insight on what could be causing this, I would greatly appreciate it.
