Hi all
We have an integration with DIGICERT through the service now plugin and we are receiving certificate renewal notification emails to some user.
This user are not part of the certification team.
The alert appears to come directly from the servicenow platform, but in the plugin settings we do not identify this renewal part.
Have already anybody faced something like that?
