Discovering Palo Alto Firewalls

We have moved to Palo Alto Firewalls and I'm trying to determine how to discover them.  We use Panorama to manage the firewalls.

 

1. Is the best way to pull information thru Panorama(API) to get information?

2. Or use discovery patterns and SNMP?
