Discovery activation in lower instances.

Hi All,

We are implemnting the discovery first time. I just want to know what is the process or plugins that need to enable ? if not exists in the lower instances what are all the inputs we need to give it to Servicenow team to activate it (List of Plugins discovery and clound discovery)

Discovery needs to be requested:

Request Discovery

Then you'll want to update your plugins.  CMDB CI Class Models, and Discovery and Service Mapping patterns are the most critical two to get in place. T

All of these are available in lower environments or in PDIs.
