Discovery and service mapping

I'm interested to know if the ministry of defence uses servicenow for itsm and itom and discovery and service mapping as this would be a good reference for the capability

You might want to visit the ServiceNow website and check if the Ministry of Defence has any user success stories or use cases that could give you some ideas.
