Hi.

 

I'm having issues with some servers, and I'm getting the following errors.


What are the options to resolve them?

The issues are:

 

Failed Exploring CI Pattern, Pattern name: Windows OS - Servers, To Check Pattern Log Press Here
Skipping deactivated port probes: tls_ssl_certsList editing disabled - to enable, click the gear icon at top of list
 
Other Issue is:
 
IP   is not a reachable host (no response to target ports scanned by MID).List editing disabled - to enable, click the gear icon at top of list

Have you verified that the MID server can reach those Servers? I would think there are some firewalls blocking the access. You can start by manually Pinging the servers and see if there is any response.
