Hi.

I'm having issues with some servers, and I'm getting the following errors.

What are the options to resolve them?

I appreciate the help.

Hola @Juan76,

it seems that you didn't attach the errors after all, can you please add them? This is too vague to help you, thanks and have a wonderful day!

Sorry.

The issues are:

Failed Exploring CI Pattern, Pattern name: Windows OS - Servers, To Check Pattern Log Press Here
Skipping deactivated port probes: tls_ssl_certsList editing disabled - to enable, click the gear icon at top of list

Other Issue is:

IP   is not a reachable host (no response to target ports scanned by MID).List editing disabled - to enable, click the gear icon at top of list
Skipping deactivated port probes: tls_ssl_certsList editing disabled - to enable, click the gear icon at top of list

Have you verified that the MID server can reach those Servers? I would think there are some firewalls blocking the access. You can start by manually Pinging the servers and see if there is any response.
