Discovery Implementation

our company purchased ITSM pro license, and we have to do Discovery implementation. 

How do we verify if we have all the plugins installed or can anyone share the list of plugins required for discovery. We have to verify the current status of our instance to confirm that we can proceed with the discovery implementation.

We are getting few options in Application menu under ITOM as attached.

Hi,

It depends a bit on what you need but I would recommend that you have at least these:

 

  • Discovery (com.snc.discovery)
  • Discovery and Service Mapping Patterns (sn_itom_pattern)
  • CMDB CI Class Models (sn_cmdb_ci_class)
  • Visibility Content (sn_pattern_design)
