Duplicate CI Remediator - How to add default column headings

Hi all,

 

When working on the Duplicate CI Remediator I find I have to add the serial number and Install Status column headings every time I want to progress a duplicate.  It would be great if any added columns remained as part of the default headings rather than resetting.

 

Has anyone worked out how to do this?

I'm looking for the same thing. Hopefully someone posts an answer. I checked through multiple lists and couldn't find this view.

I raised a case and ServiceNow looked into it.  Apparently it's not possible.  However I do distinctly recall a developer achieved this for me in a previous organisation.  I think ServiceNow would rather we use the de-duplication templates, which are useful to a point if the reasons for the duplicates are straight forward.  However that is seldom the case when running a multisource CMDB.
