Duplicate CI Tasks not found in Remediation Duplicate Task Table

We are facing an issue across all environments where the CMDB Dashboard and CMDB Workspace display duplicate CI records, but the “Remediate Duplicate Tasks” table remains empty. Additionally, in the “CMDB Health Result” table, CI records are shown with associated duplicate tasks, but attempting to open those task records results in a “Record not found” error.
Troubleshooting Performed:
- Attempted to manually create a duplicate remediation task using the CMDBDuplicateTaskUtils - Global script include. Logs confirm the record creation, but opening the task still results in a “Record not found” error.
- Verified the following system properties:
- glide.identification_engine.skip_duplicates = true
- glide.identification_engine.skip_duplicates.threshold = 5
Despite these efforts, we are unable to locate or view the actual duplicate task records.

- How can we retrieve or regenerate the missing duplicate remediation tasks?
- Is there any additional configuration or known issue that could be causing this behavior?
