Enhancing CMDB Knowledge

Hello,

I am new to CMDB and have taken courses for the CMDB-DF but have learned that I am still extreemly lacking in knowledge of debugging, pattern designer etc that would help me provide my enterprise more value. I'd assume I can learn more of this in a SNow learning course but believe reaching out on here would also provide insight for those like me and the community. Please advise if you have some intermediate-advanced knowledge resources you could share!

Pattern Designer, Discovery Pattern log - these are part of ITOM but not part part of CMDB& CSDM. 

These belongs to Discovery.

• Go through Following courses from Servicenow university:

Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Fundamentals On Demand

Common Service Data Model (CSDM) Fundamentals

• Check syllabus : Certified Implementation Specialist -Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) Exam - Mainline Blueprint
