Error "Add Reviewer" when submitting policy in Zurich version - No reviewer field visible on form

Hello Community,
I am currently working on the Policy and Compliance Management module in the Zurich version of ServiceNow and have encountered an issue when trying to submit a policy for review.
Issue Description:
When I click the button to submit my policy for review, I receive an error message stating "Add reviewer". However, there is no "Reviewer" field or related list visible on my form to populate this information.

- I have checked the form layout and form design to see if the field is simply hidden, but I cannot find a default "Reviewer" field to add.Has anyone encountered this issue in the Zurich release? Could you please guide me on how to expose this field, or let me know if this is controlled by a specific setup/routing table (like an approval group or user criteria) that I am missing?Any guidance or workarounds would be greatly greatly appreciated!
