Guidance Required on Adding Hardware Models to the ServiceNow Content Library

Could someone please guide me on the process for adding a new hardware model to the ServiceNow Content Library when it is not currently available? What are the required steps, permissions, and approvals to get the model added and make it available for device imports?

Hi Community,

Thank you for the guidance. If a hardware model is missing from the central Content Library, what is the recommended process to submit it for ServiceNow content curation? Also, how can we verify whether the Hardware Asset Content Service is enabled and whether a local hardware model record will be sufficient for importing the devices?
