We have a specific scenario regarding Data Privacy (PII) for Business Applications that are being retired, and I'd love to know if anyone has implemented this in ServiceNow.
Our Use Case:
When a Business Application is retired, the application itself goes offline, but the sensitive data (PII) it generated is archived and kept for compliance/audit reasons until it can be legally purged.
Question:
What class did you use? what fields are mandatory? what did you map them to?
