Hi @aric1,

This is the CMDB Health Micro-Certification Simulator, and task 5's checker is picky about two things: the Certification Template record has to actually point at the Certification Filter you built, and the pass/fail conditions belong on the template, not the filter. A quick way people get stuck:

1. Certification Filter (Windows Servers Filter)
   - Table/class: Windows Server
   - No OS condition here, just the scope

2. Certification Template (Windows Servers Template)
   - Filter field: select the filter above
   - Attribute condition: Operating System "is one of"
     Windows 2012 R2 Standard, Windows 2016 Standard,
     Windows 2019 Datacenter

The attribute conditions section on the template only renders after you've entered the template name and picked the filter in the Filter field, so if you added your OS logic before that, or put it on the filter itself, save and reopen the template. Also double check you used is one of with multiple values (Ctrl+click) rather than "is" with a single value, that's the other common reason this check reports as failed even though everything "looks" done.
