Unable to access servicenow data certification task

I am unable to access a servicenow data certification task in my dev environment. I have admin and security admin role. There is no any ACL which is restricting me. What may the reason ?

Please assign data cert manager role once and try . also try to update the CMDB plugin as well

• data_manager_user: Minimum role required to access tasks assigned directly to the user, their assignment group, or groups/users they manage.
• data_manager_admin: Provides access to all certification tasks.
• certification_admin: Required to execute data certification scheduled jobs so tasks are generated properly

I already have data_manager_user and certification role. I am in client environment.

Try repair the plugin once.

Updated the plugin to latest version still the same issue.
