Health Remediation Tasks SLA

Hello,

I have created a new SLA that starts when an Orphan or Missing Recommended task moves to the WIP state. The Actual Elapsed Time does not seem to be updating. Is there a way to set the refresh rate for this field?

@adamtoth If you want to use only the time SLA is kicked off, then you can use Business Elapsed time. the Actual elapsed time is the total time from the creation. 

Only for response SLA's we use actual elapsed time but when the resolution or time with a team is usually calculated with Business Elapsed time.
