Help with "Cloud Resource ID" lookup Rule

Hi,
Can someone help or suggest some turn around solution for my below issue?
My CMDB CI Lookup Rule " Cloud Resource ID" is behaving weird. First time it's not creating new CI if cudn't find a match. instead of it, it's assigning to a bad CI which is "/Subscriptions/undefined****". 

Tried several times script changes but cudn't get rid of it. The irony to this is, if I run the "Reapply lookup Rule" at Discovered Item level, it's creating a new CI & mapping to it. 
Couldn't get the logical flow. Could someone throw crazy thoughts here?

 

Any help appreciated.

Hi @singamaneni ,

 

Can you provide the sanpshot of the Identifier rule of the class in which you are trying to get the data in, and also can you provide an example incoming payload . So that that would be very easy to find the issue .
