How can CMDB team view the Audit history for a CI?

Our CMDB team wants to view the Audit history for a CI in list view option (Context menu - History-> LIST) or something like"CMDB Baseline" (which is now deprecated).

OOB this is available only for admins based on the defined ACLs.

 

1. Why ServiceNow has not allowed to view this for non-admins?

2. What are the possible options to fulfill this? Introduce new ACL? or add the Activity (formatter) just like what is seen on INC form?

How are you doing this today?
