Hi all,
I want to know how data gets created into CMDB through SCCM integration is there any particular user to perform this action or directly data enters. Because i have to write a condition whenever the data gets created by the SCCM the Assets State and Substate should change.
Thanks!!

Hi,
Can you explain further on what you're wanting to occur? We might be able to offer a better solution that potentially what you're asking. It sounds like you're trying to implement a business rule, but there might be a better solution to this.
For example, are you wanting to set the CI and Asset state whenever the SCCM integration creates any type, or just a computer. And what values are you wanting to set these fields to?

You should be doing this within the SCCM ETL definition, assuming you've moved over to the service graph connector.
Can you explain fully your goal, and we can offer the correct solution rather than using a business rule

Hi,
We have below requirement:
PC discovery in SNOW setting an asset's State as In use, with the substate as None and the comment field blank. Please alter the initial state to be "In stock" with a substate of "Available", or possibly a state of "Build" with no substate.
If setting to In stock/Available, would it also be possible to set the location and stockroom using the CI's IP address?
